Dear Tracey,
All the time K lived with you at Fair Havens, I knew he would be treated with dignity and compassion.
You and your staff were so supportive of him as he became more dependent. In this last very difficult year I have been so grateful for your sympathetic care as we, his family, have been unable to visit K in person.
During his last days I know you did all you could to keep him comfortable. Being able to sit with him on Wednesday was a great comfort to me.
Words are inadequate to express the gratitude of all the family for your kindness.
May God bless you all.

To Tracey and all the Staff,
We wanted to say a sincere Thank You for all the care and compassion you all showed us in the last week’s of Mum’s life.
We are all so thankful that Mum was able to spend her last few years with such caring people, especially with the visiting restrictions which were necessary in 2020.

Thank you all for looking after R for 2020. He couldn’t have got through 2020 without you.
To Tracey and all the Staff at Fair Havens,
Thank you so much for the excellent care you gave my Dad in his final years. You do an incredible job and I am very grateful to you all.
To Tracey, Helen, Tamsin and all the wonderful staff at Fair Havens,
I would just like to say to each and every one of you a huge thank you for the love and care you gave to Mum for the last 2 and a half years. I will be forever grateful to you all.
To All the Carers at Fair Havens,
With very grateful thanks for your kindness and compassion towards K during the last two and a half years, and especially these last days.
Dear Tracey,
I hope you and all the staff are keeping well. I miss my visits to your lovely caring home.
“I was apprehensive about bringing my children for regular visits to a care home, but I had nothing to worry about. Your staff always made them feel very welcome, often offering biscuits and drinks, and offering the green room so they could feel more relaxed and play.”
“I witnessed so many acts of kindness, so many shoulder pats, arm rubs, little cuddles, for Grandad as well as others, and I know it’s easy for your staff to think all that extra effort goes unnoticed but it was noticed by me and my family. Every time someone comforted Grandad in the night time, every time they noted the football score in order to chat with him, it was so appreciated.”
