We would like to express our sincere thanks and gratitude for all your support in caring for Mum. We couldn’t have managed to get through the past 12 months without you and your wonderful staff. I know my Mum felt safe and well cared for and I thank you for that.
Dear Pat Tuck
I would like to thank you and the rest of the staff at Cressingham House for allowing me to spend my Work Experience Week with you. I really enjoyed working with you and I have developed some new skills … I particularly enjoyed it when I was able to deliver cups of tea and talk to each resident a bit.
Mum’s every need was pre-empted and attended to immediately without fuss. As a nurse, I can honestly say that you all gave the highest standard of care I have ever seen and this sentiment has been echoed by all my family and friends who have visited Mum. I hope you are all rightly very proud of yourselves and continue to do such an amazing and worthwhile job, making elderly and vulnerable people feel happy, secure and safe. You all have so much patience and love to give and I am genuinely in awe of you.
To all the wonderful staff … You made a very difficult time less difficult for all the right reasons and it was obvious you had all given Mum the best of care.

I would like to take this opportunity to share with you my experience of Cressingham House, which has always been under the leadership and management of Mrs Pat Tuck, an outstanding and caring Manager. When S arrived at Cressingham, she struggled to accept the loss of some of her independence, but great care and consideration was given to her, and the staff showed great understanding, patience and kindness.
Many thanks to you all for the kindness shown to my Dad. It was such a happy year for him at Cressingham House.
A huge, HUGE thank you to the wonderful staff at Cressingham House, who for the last six years, have shown so much love, care and consideration to S. They have always gone the extra mile to ensure that she was as happy and as content as possible.
The care given to S when she was in the last few weeks of her life was exceptional, and will never be forgotten.
