Romans News – Life During Lockdown

All Keychange Care Communities currently have a Thank You banner outside their homes. This is Romans’ banner.

These delicious gifts were brought in for the staff as a Thank You to the carers.

Eileen celebrated her 103rd birthday on 31st March.

Alan and his wife Hilda celebrated their 59th wedding anniversary on 3rd April. Hilda came in and had lunch and staff/residents had organised a card and flowers for the happy couple.

Bill who lives with us was joined by staff for the weekly clapping for all keyworkers and NHS staff. Surrounding neighbours came out and clapped and cheered for the staff at Romans. The staff said it was a lovely atmosphere and a clear sign of the appreciation of all their hard work.
