This month’s recipe was chosen by Jim, from our Rose Lawn community (main picture). We had a go at making mince pies as one of our activities, and as unconventional as the cupcake cases were, instead of the usual foil ones, they still tasted amazing. Jim said he loved mince pies and that they were indeed his favourite holiday food.
