It’s been a time of change here at Rose Lawn. We have welcomed back some greatly anticipated entertainment, and our home has undergone a bit of a makeover.
A recent meeting with those who live with us, made us aware that everyone had one common comment: “We need more colour!” Well, we listened loud and clear!
Our lovely dining room has been turned into our sunset diner, with beautiful orange walls as well as some old adverts, which Georgie sourced for us. Our new whiteboard allows us to be creative and colourful with the daily menu, as well as making it fun for everyone.
We welcomed back Steve and Kate to Rose Lawn for an interactive music workshop. We had a fabulous time listening to 60s and Rock & Roll music. We also played a musical quiz against Steve, and won 10-0! Well done Team Rose Lawn! We even had time for a little bit of shimmying before we had to say goodbye. This music workshop was made possible by a former resident.
