Alan, a lifelong West Bromwich Albion supporter was surprised and delighted when he received a signed photograph from the current Manager which was organised by our Team Leader Natalie.
One of our newest members of staff received a nice surprise recently when a teacher from her school arrived to present her with a House Lockdown Hero Award for coming to us to help keep the home clean. Well done Morgan!
Our residents do not often play bingo in the garden but it made a surprise change to enjoy a game of bingo in our lovely garden, enjoying the fresh air at the same time.
