Rose Lawn is located in the seaside town of Sidmouth, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, that sits along the stunning Jurassic Coast. The home is close to Sidmouth High Street with its many unique shops, and access to the high street and the sea front is by level, flat roads. The home has been extensively refurbished over the years, resulting in each of the ground floor bedrooms now having their own patio and seating area with a view over Sidmouth RFC grounds. In the distance, the pristine local Bowling Green is visible. There is a well used conservatory at the front of the building where our residents enjoy the views over the rose garden.

Proudly not for profit
The original part of Rose Lawn was constructed at the beginning of the 1900s as a residential property. Over the years it’s received significant investment and is now fully developed in its capacity as a care home.
At Keychange, a Christian charity, we’re proud to serve the community today by creating caring communities. We care because that’s what we feel called to do, and every penny we make goes back into providing excellent care that’s as affordable as possible.
Mum has been a resident in Rose Lawn since October 2022. Initially for respite but following another fall in her home she decided she wanted to move in permanently because she’d enjoyed her stay there.
All staff are amazing and deal with Mum with kindness, respect and patience. Treating her for the individual she is and she seems very happy. Obviously, it’s a huge decision to undertake and for me personally, it’s been made so much easier knowing she’s relaxed and cared for. – Received January 2024
