This is a free, friendly event taking place on 1st October from 10am – 3pm at Southwick Community Centre, Brighton.
Everyone! Whether you are looking for support, curious about what is happening in Southwick and the surrounding areas or just interested to meet new people – everyone is welcome to come along and enjoy the day!

This year’s theme for International Day for Older People, “What’s on Your Doorstep?”, celebrates the wide range of groups, services, activities and support available across our local community. The event offers a fantastic opportunity to discover what is available in your area, connect with local organisations, and meet other members of the community.

Keychange understands that limited access to transport can be a barrier to attending local events. To help more people take part, we have partnered with Community Transport Sussex to offer free door-to-door transport for anyone who needs a little extra support getting out and about.

By Car: free parking facilities are available onsite and there an NCP car park opposite the venue, with some on street parking available.
By Train: Southwick Railway Station is conveniently located just a short walk away from our Centre. Trains run regularly from surrounding areas.
By Bus: no. 46 stops in the square opposite. No. 2 stops on Old Shoreham Rd (10 minute walk) no. 700 stops on the coast road (5 minute walk)
